What is Exploitation & How to Spot the Signs
If you are worried that you, a friend, or someone you know may be experiencing exploitation through county lines, the signs below can help you recognise what to look out for.
Noticing these changes in your friends, classmates, or someone you know might not always mean that they are being exploited. However, if you spot some of these signs & are unsure what is going on, there are a range of people & organisations who can support & advise you.
Importantly, even one of these situations could mean you are being exploited. If someone is asking you to do something you do not want to do, you are not alone. Support is available, & there is a way out. You deserve to be safe. This page is for information purposes. If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services on 999.

STOP THE TRAFFIK is a human trafficking prevention organisation. The STOP APP collects reports & stories related to human trafficking from around the world to help prevent this crime. We are not a rescue organisation, & the app is not monitored 24/7. If anyone is in immediate danger or if a crime has occurred, please contact the appropriate authorities.
The STOP APP allows anyone who has experienced exploitation or witnessed suspicious activity to safely & anonymously report it.
Reports are not recorded or stored on your phone. Please make sure you are in a safe location, away from the person or people involved before using the app.
